Adoption + Fostering

Although PAWZ was initially founded as a boarding and daycare facility for your loving pets, we have consistently found ourselves involved in efforts to rescue and rehabilitate animals who have yet to find their forever home. Whether these pets come from owner surrenders, or we are called in by one of our clients who have stumbled upon a pup in a bad situation, we have yet to turn down one of these animals who just want to be shown some love. Our employees have a huge passion for rescue work here in the Knoxville area and have gone above and beyond to help us manage these extra pups. Therefore, we have launched our "Lend our helping PAWZ" program. This program allows us to give back to the reason we exist in the first place, dogs. This year alone we have been able to help and find forever homes for 8 dogs. We are eternally grateful for all the support that has helped us get this far in adopting out these 8 dogs, but in order to keep serving the wagging tails in need around us we are asking for our community to pitch in however and whenever they can. Unfortunately medical care, socialization and feeding a foster pup comes with a price tag and it takes an army to help make this happen for these deserving dogs.
