Jenn was born and raised in South Knoxville and is excited to be caring for the pets in her community. Her two Great Danes, Marley and Gruff love their little terrier brother named Frankie. Being the ultimate dog mom, she opened PAWZ Dog Services in 2017 while working as a Veterinary Assistant, and attending college. Soon after she realized how much more she wanted to offer her pups and began planning the big step of moving to a facility. She graduated from Pellissippi State Community College with an Associates of Science in Marketing. She is PetTech CPR & First-Aid certified, a Certified Pet Care Specialist through the IBPSA, as well as Certified Professional Animal Care Provider through the PACCC. She is a member of Pet Sitters International, NAPPS, and the IBPSA.

Anthony is originally from Lakeland, FL where he had a brief career with Animal Control. After moving to Knoxville and opening a golf cart shop, he realized he had one true love, dogs! He has one dog of his own, a nine-year-old German Shepard named Ziggy, but he would own one of everything if he could! Anthony loves reptiles and has a tortoise, poison dart frogs and a bearded dragon. He is a graduate from the Animal Behavior Institute where he studied Canine Behavior and Nutrition. He is a Certified Canine Training and Behavior Specialist and is PetTech First Aid & CPR Certified. Anthony specializes in group play and enrichment. When he isn't here maintaining our facility, he's home with his MANY plants and animals or off adventuring with Jenn!

Becca left her job in corporate America to pursue her dreams and passions. Thankfully, PAWZ was right at her back door, as she is another South Knoxville native making PAWZ the perfect fit! Becca is a Certified Professional Animal Care Manager through PACCC and PetTech First Aid & CPR Certified. She wears many hats including human resources and payroll but you'll often find her helping out wherever she can! When she is not here loving on your fur babies, Becca enjoys gardening, video games, Dungeons and Dragons, as well as, photography and classic cars! As a fur momma of 7, she prides herself on caring for your babies as she does her own.

Stephanie is one of the first people you will meet from our PAWZ family. She can almost always be found tending to the front desk with a smile. She is a Knoxville native, a dog mom to 3 four legged friends, and a beautiful daughter named Harper. Stephanie works to coordinate the day to day schedules for both daycare and boarding. She manages our inventory and coordinates our special events throughout the month. Whenever Stephanie isn't working she enjoys live music, camping, and kayaking with her friends.

Maggie is a Knoxville native that studied at Pellisippi State Community College. Being a dog lover all her life, she has gained valuable experience in the pet industry being a kennel tech, completing her IBPSA Pet Care Provider Certification and is now a part of our front office staff. She is a Momma to her handsome son Jude and her rescue pup named Lola. As administrative assistant, Maggie takes calls providing information about our services to new clients, collects vaccine records, manages our online booking system and much more!

Kaydyn is currently enrolled at the University of Tennessee studying psychology. After college, her dream is to combine her degree and love for dogs to provide animal assisted therapy for veterans. From small chihuahuas to huge cani corsi, she's helped raise and love many dogs with her family. Kaydyn found the perfect career here at PAWZ to help her further her understanding of the animals she loves so much! 

Bekah was a military brat who spent the majority of her childhood in England and made her move to Knoxville in the summer of 2024. She is currently pursuing her doctorates in Physical Therapy. Bekah enjoys hiking, physical fitness and in her spare time she finds herself reading as many books as possible, attending raves and being a fur mom to her 3 dogs and 2 cats. Bekah's passion for the care of fur babies and her human patients are one in the same. We're so excited to have her as a part of our crew!

From a young age, Brynna always had a love for animals, especially dogs. Brynna is a licensed hairstylist but has always wanted to work with dogs as well. She combined her 2 passions, making PAWZ the perfect fit! When she's not here pampering your pooch, you can find her at church, hanging out with her husband and their 3 dogs Ace, Daisy and Hazel or cuddled up with a good book!

Vanessa graduated from the University of Tennessee in 2021 with a Wildlife and Fisheries Management degree. Mainly focusing on reptiles and amphibians during her studies, she decided to switch gears to furry animals. She has a passion for animals and PAWZ has helped her find a home to make this passion into a career. She has two dogs of her own, Delta and Foxtrot. In her free time, Vanessa likes to go on hikes, work on wildlife photography, and read a good book. Vanessa's dream is to one day own a senior animal sanctuary where older dogs can live out their golden years in paradise!

Dani was born and raised in Phelan, CA. She moved to Knoxville when she was 13 and has called it home ever since! She's always been an animal lover with cats being her absolute favorite. She can't deny her love for dogs and she says the bigger the better! She started her career in the animal field by working in local shelters and the zoo. She is currently a fur mom of 4 dogs and 5 cats! As shift lead, Dani primarily manages our evening shift making sure that everyone gets checked out for the day, getting the facility ready for the next day and tucks everyone in at night!

Sarah is a graduate of the University of New Haven where she earned her degree in Marine Biology with a minor in Biology. She recently moved to Knoxville from Arizona where she grew up with many dogs at home, volunteered at vet clinics and worked as a dog daycare specialist at a local facility. Sarah loves all wildlife and wants to continue her career in the animal field by working towards her vet tech degree. Outside of work, she loves visiting zoos and aquariums, hiking and playing the flute!

As a veteran in the industry, Ben brings 6+ years of experience to the PAWZ team. Ben was born in Texas and spent time in Georgia before settling in Tennessee a few years ago. Outside of PAWZ, Ben enjoys studying mythology, Japanese and Viking culture. He loves cooking, Marvel and anime. Ben loves martial arts, is an outdoors enthusiast and a self proclaimed barbecue connoisseur!

Kyrina has lived in Knoxville the majority of her life. Even as a child, she dreamed of working to help animals.  Kyrina has been coined the "animal whisperer"  by her friends and family, being able to comfort nervous ones. She put her skills to good use during the she spent her time volunteering at the Humane Society. Kyrina rescued her dog, Odin, when he was 6 weeks old from very bad living conditions. He has been her rock for the last 4 years, helping her through ups and downs while teaching her unconditional love!

Dillen is from Winchester, TN and attends the University of Tennessee! She's always been around dogs and has worked with them whenever she had the chance. She found PAWZ and knew it would be the perfect fit for her! Dillen always looks forward to coming to work to make sure all the dogs are comfortable and cared for. Outside of work, Dillen enjoys reading, spending time with friends and caring for her pet rats!

Lexi is from New Jersey and is currently attending the University of Tennessee to study animal science. She has loved being around dogs her whole life and took every opportunity she had to work with them. While her family dog is back home in New Jersey, she currently has two bunnies, a leopard gecko, as well as her horse named Rory here in Knoxville! Lexi enjoys reading, hiking, spending time with her friends, and horseback riding!

Isabelle is a Seymour native who is currently attending Walter State Community College. Animals of all kinds have flocked to her since she was young. Isabelle rescued her first dog when she was 14 and hasn't stopped since! Being inspired by her own dog made her want a career in the dog world and has been pet sitting for that last 3 years. PAWZ was the perfect home for Isabelle to continue her career while in school and we're so happy to have her on the team!
